Refund Policy

Overview

All products on HeartNBody are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is custom produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match your order (wrong product, wrong design, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details. We will correct the order at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Because orders are sent to production quickly, cancellations may not always be possible. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet entered production, we will issue a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@heartnbody.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Photos of any damage or defects (if applicable)

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
