Influencer Accounts

Influencers who create storefronts on HeartNBody are responsible for the content and branding they publish. All products and storefront content must comply with our content guidelines.

Product Listings

Products listed on HeartNBody are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners. Product images and descriptions should accurately represent the final product.

Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the total amount shown.

Intellectual Property

Influencers retain ownership of their branding and creative content. HeartNBody retains ownership of the platform, its design, and underlying technology. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without permission.

Limitation of Liability

HeartNBody provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
